- User account, password, and security
Upon registration, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password associated with it. You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. In case you notice any breach or any unauthorized use of your password or account kindly notify Us.
Please ensure that your details are correct and updated and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided while registering.
We reserve the right to refuse access to our website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any point with or without prior notice.
- Availability of Products
All orders are subject to availability. In case of unavailability of any exact product, you will be offered to select an alternate item. We reserve complete rights to remove or alter any product offering with or without any prior notice to anyone.
- Order processing time
The orders will be processed on weekdays only. Weekends, holidays & national holidays will remain excluded from the delivery timeline whether said or not.
Any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
Risk during the transit of products (e.g. damage or loss to the products) will be under our dominion until we deliver the goods to the address specified in your order. After acceptance of the order, the risk will pass to you immediately.
- Terms of Payment
We accept Net Banking, all major credit/debit cards and cash on delivery (COD).
Kindly note, COD is not applicable on orders above INR 10,000.
- Pricing, sale and discount offers
Prices for products are described on our website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices, products, and services may change at the discretion of Arora Brothers. By brand guidelines, prices might change when the stocks are replenished.
We reserve a complete right to start/modify/cancel the offer, discount, coupon code or any sale activity, with or without any prior notice.
- Trademark, Copyright, and Restriction
This platform is controlled, operated solely by Arora Brothers and products are sold exclusively by Arora Brothers. All material on platform, including images, illustrations, description, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, etc. are the rights of Arora Brothers.
- Return and Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange the fabric for any reason provided the intimation is sent to us within 48 hours.
Return and exchanges will be made only under the following condition:
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The bill should be sent back (without any mutilation or change) with the returned good.
- The product should be unwashed, unused, uncut and undamaged while returning.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
If You receive a wrong order/faulty fabric from our end you can send the order back to us and we will send you the correct fabric in 7 working days upon receiving the package subject to availability of goods.
In case of unavailability of the fabric, you will receive store credit/ or the amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. In the case of COD, the refund will be transferred to the Bank Account given by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing/torn/damaged bills and tags.
- Cancellation of orders by us
Arora Brothers holds the right to cancel any order at any time of product delivery that might seem suspicious or fraudulent. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged.
The orders may be cancelled if the following scenarios are met:
- The customer uses invalid email/phone no./address
- The customer refuses to pay for an order.
- Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification
- Overuse of a voucher code
- Customer returns the wrong product
- Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order
Cancellation of orders by you Any order once placed can be only cancelled by you within 2 hours of placing the order.
If the customer refuses to pay COD orders, they will be blacklisted and will be forbidden from shopping from Arora Brothers.
- Intellectual Property Rights
The fabric designs that are sold via this website are the sole and exclusive property of Arora Brothers Fashions Pvt. Ltd. and its subsidiaries. Any attempt to copy or recreate the designs by the customer might lead to Legal proceedings for Intellectual Property Right Infringement.
All efforts to display the colors of our products appearing on the website as accurate as reality have been taken. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor color settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed by the laws of the Republic of India without reference to conflict of laws, principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, forum, applicable authorities at Mumbai. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai.
If we are suspicious of any activity from your account that appears fraudulent, we can reserve the right to refuse you access to, and where necessary, delete your account.

- When will my order be processed?
All orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse the next business day after the order is placed. On occasions of heavy traffic during sale or season period please allow an extra 1-2 business days for order processing.

- Is there a minimum order for fabrics?
No, we follow no minimum order policy. However for wholesale inquiries please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
- What does bulk quantity mean?
Any purchase of fabric above 100 meters will be termed as a bulk purchase.
